I'm no expert, not a Scott Rao or Rob Hoos, not even close... but I'm fascinated by the strong disagreements about WHAT ROAST PROFILE DECISIONS, EXACTLY, AFFECT WHICH CHANGES IN TASTE? Even these two Gods of coffee roasting do not agree, and there are many other theories and schools of thought.
This blog is a collection of bits and pieces, a loose and scattered thought pond... with no pretence about being scientific or thousands of roasts behind me.
